Classic did our paver driveway in Port Orange and it looks better than when we moved in. Two neighbors have already called them.

Called on a Monday, they were out here Wednesday morning. Driveway and sidewalks look incredible. Fair price too.

Pool cage was covered in green algae, honestly kind of embarrassing. Their crew had it looking new in about four hours. Wish I'd called sooner.

How much does a driveway pressure wash cost?
Most driveways we do run $150 to $300. Depends on the size and how much buildup there is. We'll come look at yours for free and give you an exact number.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing is high-pressure water, 2,500 to 3,000 PSI, good for concrete and pavers. Soft washing is low pressure with a surfactant solution, which is what we use on roofs, stucco, and vinyl siding so nothing gets damaged. If you're not sure which one your place needs, we'll figure that out when we come take a look.
How often should I wash my house in Florida?
Here in Central Florida, we tell most people every 12 to 18 months. If you've got a lot of oak trees or you're near a canal, the algae and mildew build up faster, so you might want it done once a year. If your HOA sends letters, you probably waited too long.
Will pressure washing damage my roof or void the warranty?
High pressure will. That's exactly why we soft wash roofs. Low pressure, proper chemicals, no risk to shingles or tile. It's the manufacturer-approved method.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed, insured, and registered as a Florida LLC. We carry $1M in general liability coverage and we're happy to show proof before we start any work.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We come out, look at the job, and give you an exact price before we touch anything. No surprises.
